Huge win!!!

Penalties down, better D, including some adjustments that worked, and the O continues to roll. There is a lot to be excited about in the Raider Nation.

Yup. Defense is garbage. Opposing players keep getting career days on us. Not good. Also gotta cut down penalties that give away first downs.

Offense is looking damn good though

To be fair though the D Line did get good pressure on Sanchez which really turned the game for us. The secondary did look crap though. I was going to say that Johnson, Van D yke, and Huff being out didn't help, but then I remembered CJ getting torched by Stevie Johnson all last week. Hopefully the secondary plays better, if not Brady may drop 500+ on us.

I know it's early, but if DMC keeps this up and can stay healthy he could be an MVP candidate. we'd be nothing without him.

We go as our D line goes. They get pressure, we're ok. They don't and our secondary will give up a completion about 90% of the time it seems. I think we'll be alright as the weeks go by though. It's just so damn frustrating seeing them get shredded every week when we have some talent.

I knew losing Nnamdi would hurt but i didnt think itd hurt this much. Routt holds his own but how different would the D be if we still had Nnamdi shutting down that one side of the field especially now that we have a great front four thats getting pressure. Dont want to say it but i just KNOW Tom Brady is going to light us up next week.

Chekwa actually looked pretty good in place of CJ today. perhaps he will step up and be the surprise player they need in the secondary.

And yes, I fully expect Brady to torch the Raiders' secondary next week, but at least oakland finally has the firepower to respond offensively when the defense gives up points.
