D-fense is terrible right now...but I am really disgusted with what I've seen from Nate Allen this year.

Yeah, we're realizing now that all you have to do is avoid the corners, and get the ball out quick to avoid the pass rush and BOOM easy yards

Man, ever since B Dawkins left Philly (was booted out cough cough) in 07?, that defense has looked like straight trash. No linebackers and no safties = stopping nothing.

No excuses losing with the offensive output of that team.

I don't think even the offense has looked all that great. They've put some points in STL, ATL, and 23 this week, but they haven't looked good. They took a step back this week... well, maybe not because they only put up 16 against NYG.

SF & NYG have good defenses, but they aren't the Steelers or Ravens. And with an offense like the Eagles, maybe my expectations were too high.

But yes, the defense is the primary concern. Practically everyone and everything was not all that great. Actually, the 1st half went well; just 3 points. Then they just started getting gashed and sliced up by ****ing Alex Smith. Gotta play a 60 minute game there 'D'.

Still, the Eagles will probably get it together. They always do.

Baby kicker has to make at least one of those FG's. Within 40 yards (I'm pretty sure both of them... the one was 33), a little rainy I guess but come on, this is the NFL. That's why Akers was on San Francisco is this contest, because he couldn't make them at this point in his career. You can point to pretty much every aspect of the game and say, this or that needs to be improved. No one's really immune.
