2007 / 2008 Fitzpatrick was Palmer's backup, played often due to injury and was pretty effective...so:

1) He's very familiar playing there

2) He's strikes me as competitive guy who can find extra motivation for putting it to his former team...

That being said the Bengals have a solid defense and Dalton may turn out to be quite something in the long run, so he's dangerous in the short run...

I predict another VERY interesting, entertaining game...

Go Bills

Yeah, this surely is not an easy game for the Bills. For anyone that thinks we're assured a win week in and week out ala the Patriots and some of the other top tier teams, you're kidding yourself. We're still very much proving ourselves. Last week was a hell of a win, but it was just one stepping stone towards respectability. We have only proved a tiny bit of what we need to. It sure felt good, though.

This will be a good game. I believe Cincinnati is an average to above-average team. They are not a stinker. Benson can pound the rock (he's playing, right? No suspension yet?), and with a rookie QB it's hard to tell if he's going to suck it up or light you up with limited game film on him. Defensively, I think they have a decent squad there.

I think this is similar to the Raiders game, in that both teams are kinda trying to prove themselves. Truthfully, I think we see this decided in the last few minutes. But I will be taking the Bills.

If we lose, it would be crushing. With Philadelphia next week, we need to go into it 4-0. We need to make as much headway as possible in the division. Despite being #1 in the AFC East, we still have to keep up with the Jets & Patriots, if that makes sense. You know they're gonna rack up 10 or more wins apiece. Win the early games and try to give yourself some cushion, especially when NYJ is playing BAL. Create some seperation.

I think the Bills streak ends here. They have pulled out some big games, but I don't think they can pull out a smaller game against a pretty good D especially if the Bengals can get their run game going which I think they will.

This is the definition of a trap game. The Bills are on top of the world right now, and rightfully so... add to that, the Bills seem to own the Bengals, so they're easy to dismiss. I dare say that the Bengals defense -- especially up front is actually nastier the Pats. And I expect the Bengals to be able to move the ball pretty consistently. I've got a gut feeling that this will turn out to be a pretty entertaining game.

Man, those white away uni's the Bills have now are killer...

Seems like the timing on the uni overhaul coincides nicely with the overhaul of pretty much all the areas of the team...

Go Bills!
