I don't remember what year it was, but MTV had a Beavis and Butthead halftime special.......I remember watching that over whatever garbage the SB had!

I can't stand her music (not my style), but have you ever actually listened to her? Her voice really is incredible. Listen to her duet with Tony Bennett if you want to hear it without "voice synthesizers".

No matter who is picked, at least half the people watching will hate it, so they might as well pick people who are good performers. OS folks called last years performance bad because they simply don't like The Black Eyed Peas' music, but they did a great job, their presentation and execution was on point.

If it is Madonna, then she will do a great job because she too is an exceptional performer, and seems to be past the need for shock value tactics.

During the game last year, I predicted that Katy Perry would get the nod this time around, but on reflection, she's probably second only to Gaga in creating the fear of doing something highly risque.
