Hindsight 20/20....I think they should've opted to resign Quinten Mikell and Ernie Sims or Stew Bradley.

I think...if not turned around...the failures of this team lie squarely on the decision to change the defensive philosophy so radically.......ESPECIALLY coming out of a lock-out and without the requisite time in the offseason to iron out the kinks.

I could go with that but I'm also leaning toward the D coordinator in general. I mean are they not practicing fundamentals like tackling bc they need to spend so much time figuring out the new scheme or bc he's inexperienced as a D coordinator? Could be either or a bit of both.
