RIP.

I was shocked when I read the news. Was not expecting this at all. A legend in the NFL. He will be missed.

Do you really care where I sent this from?

Re: Al Davis Passes Away

I'm not a huge fan of Al Davis, but there's no denying his importance to the NFL. I have a lot of respect for what he's done, and while the last bunch of years he's been somewhat of a joke, he's still one of the most influential people in NFL history.

RIP to a legend.

I wasn't aware that you could only take swipes at other teams only if you first said nice things about Al Davis... which is what I was replying to.

Guy is a visionary, and an innovator in the sport, excluding the last decade or so when it passed him by. We wouldn't have the game we have today without him.

Re: Al Davis Passes Away

Its amazing how people can make Al Davis sound like Matt Millan. This guy forgot more about football than most will ever know, and he still knew more football than most after forgetting all of that.

So is Ralph Wilson the only AFL guy left? He's in his 90s now correct?
