Re: The Tim Tebow Thread

If the national media overhypes Tebow, I don't even know what to say about local media here. I don't think there has been more than 1 hour per day since he was announced as the starter that the sports talk radio out here hasn't talked about Tebow. Not the Broncos.. just Tebow.

I'm semi-interested to hear what they all have to say tomorrow.

Re: The Tim Tebow Thread

Hopefully people are hating on the media for giving him so much attention rather than hating on Tebow because he's the one who gets all the hype. He's not asking for it.

I'm sure most people know that, but I've had conversations with people in real life who hate Tebow because he gets too much hype. I always ask them if they ever thought the media should be the object of their hate, and they just look at me with blank faces.

I'm rooting hard for this guy, though... Most everyone wants to write him off as NFL QB but Denver seems to be a different team when he's in there.

Re: The Tim Tebow Thread

I'll put it this way, if Kyle Orton is in during that game then the Broncos lose.

Tebow struggled today, but the Broncos won because of him. I won't beat a dead horse on intangibles and leadership, but the Broncos are his team now and they'll go as far as he takes them.

Re: The Tim Tebow Thread

I just don't understand where this idea that all of ESPN bows down to him considering pretty much everything that's been shown on ESPN regarding Tebow is everyone taking shots at him saying how he's not even good enough to be in the NFL, yady yady yada.

Re: The Tim Tebow Thread

NOOOOOOO!!!!

Actually I don't mind Tebow as a player. I do think there's a lot wrong with him from a mechanical perspective so I don't think he'll be some great QB. Tebow does display some personality quirks that I find very irritating though I can't mention on here due to the TOS.

Oh and the media drives me crazy with their Tebow love. Other than that he's a fine guy.
