What does that even mean? You gotta be a choir boy to be cheered for now a days, whatever happened to cheering for guys that are good at what they do. Not a shot a you or anything but Im beginning to think that people actually care more about players off the field than on.

About Teebow, I knew it was over after the onside kick I mean seriously it was setup perfectly. Im glad he is finally playing so we can see if he can play or not and I dont have to hear about how nice of a guy he is.

Well, I don't generally like rooting for pieces of ****.

The only real notable exception to that nowadays is Chipper Jones, and even he has gotten better from his dick days.

I love it!!!

The football's forum version of the Lebron James thread. You only have 1037 pages to go.

I root like hell for Tebow. Dude is a good person and works his *** off. It's not his fault if the media goes crazy over him.

This is how I feel as well. I really don't see why anyone would root against him.

All hail Tim Tebow! And last I remembered, the guys at ESPN are usually talking about how bad of a QB he is.

Re: The Tim Tebow Thread

Tebow: Why would they not want my help?
Carter: Because they don't give a damn about you! They don't like you! I don't like you!
Tebow: I don't care! I'm here for coachl!
Carter: The coach don't like you! Nobody likes you!

We'll see what happens next week because if Tebow wants to play like that for 55 minutes against a team not named the Dolphins, they aren't even close to in the game.

And I'm not sure where everyone is getting the notion that the media is hyping the guy this morning. Most are saying the same thing, he played terrible for 55 minutes against a terrible team and then was fortunate enough to make some plays to win the game. Mike Greenberg put it best when he was wondering out loud why Tebow supporters seem to want everyone to lower their standards as to what they feel constitutes good NFL QB play. Because you'll lose a lot more than you win when you play like he did yesterday.

One thing's for sure, you're gonna hear a whole bunch about him the rest of the way, so might as well get used to it.
