Why didn't the Broncos lose yards after the IG penalty?

I don't have audio for the game.

Wasn't an intentional grounding since a 'receiver' was in the area. The flag was for illegal man downfield, Oakland declined and got the ball back.

Letter of the law that wasn't intentional grounding, spirit of the law it totally was. Heady play though by the punter.

It wasn't a IG penalty, it was illegal man down field, the Raiders didn't accept the penalty so it was turnover on downs.

Not able to watch the game, but why does the punter have two pass attempts?
