I agree with him. If Rodgers was older why would he get picked first? He's by far the youngest best QB in the league if that makes any sense. Heck I would heavily consider taking Newton over Rodgers simply because of age, but I feel Rodgers still has around 10 years left which is enough(plus the jury on how good Newton can be is still out).

Aaron Rodgers is the obvious choice.

For the defensive guys, don't forget about Von Miller. Not only is he defensive rookie of the year, but he should be in the discussion for defensive player of the year too.

Aldon Smith is playing just as well if not better then miller

I could be wrong but I think Von Miller is a better all around player on the field, I see him on the field every play making well plays lol.

Atleast in the few SF games I've seen Aldon Smith in the game only in certain situations

I think Von miller is a more complete LB at this point, with aldon smith mainly just a pass rusher in certain formations...but the niners are deep at the LB position. That doesn't help aldon smiths play time.

Smith has more sacks than miller with less snaps played though.

But I don't see how you would take either of these two over Patrick Willis, ware or even Suggs.
