Deebo Samuel is on the trade market. I'm not sure if I'd make that trade. I almost put it in the Cooper Kupp situation. Where they are leaving a situation best suited for them. Samuel isn't a pure WR to be a #1. He isn't going to line up and beat CBs running crisp routes. The best way to utilize him is how SF has used him. The only issue is that way is why he gets dinged up like he does

Kellen Moore officially took the Saints job. Not a good job, but can't blame him.

The NFC South stinks. There's no reason the Saints or Panthers or Falcons or Buccaneers can't one or the other or the other or the other win the division right away. I'd give anything if the Jets could get demoted and relegated to the NFC South.

The Quality of the division is the main driving force. If they can truly stay paitent and embrace a rebuild, then it's appealing job long term. The cap situation gets better in 2027.

Just got hired to be SR Pass Game Coordinator in Miami. So, I can definitely understand striking while the iron's hot. It's easy to think they should wait like Ben Johnson. But losing Diggs and Dell to injuries and OL woes, doomed the Texans offense. Saints are seen as a short term bad job, if they can be patient or get some draft luck, it's a winnable division right away
