I think it's a random selection of guys throughout the NFL, probably just happened to be those Packers guys didn't vote but who knows

Yeah I doubt if every single player or even 50% of the players even did a Top 100. Would almost be a waste of time for them to vote anyway.

The players only do a top 20 anyways, and then everything gets tallied to find the top 100.
