I did and after I finally got a hold of a supervisor the customer service got better. There is a separate customer service number specifically for the PS3 and CPU/Smart device streamers. They are aware of some of the issues and said they are working on it. It has something to do with the amount of people logging in and the servers being over loaded. I'm not a big CPU guy so I have no idea if this is plausible.

It is very plausible. The 1st week it usually is almost unusable and then works the rest of the season. I don't know why they keep having problems though year after year. You wold think they would get it figured out.

It's plausible but the solution is to spend more money on bandwidth. For how much they're charging it shouldn't be an issue.

Anyone having any trouble with the player tracker for NFL Sunday ticket not working? I've reset my receiver twice to no avail, I get no updates on my tv at all when my players score.
