Thanks Wolf, that seems to be the solution.

Re: High Res. NFL Photos

thanks
i had figured that out looking at the source code and checking out the js they are using to create their slider

however, thats not the full HD image, its reduced , so i imagine they are no longer even using the full HD images and reducing them before uploading to their servers

Re: High Res. NFL Photos

Bummer for me. Was hoping this still worked but as stated, the source images are of the lower resolution variety.

Re: High Res. NFL Photos

Figured this out. Made an account to post the new instructions for the new official NFL website gallery. I have confirmed that this works in Firefox and I'll include instructions for that browser. I don't have the minimum posts required to include links so bear with me as I attempt to do this without using any urls...

-First you need to go to the official NFL website and find a gallery you want pictures from.

-Once you're in the gallery, click on the picture you want.

-When that loads in the viewer you're going to need to right-click on the photo and select "View Page Info".

-Next click on the "Media" tab. Here you'll see a box with a list of urls. You're going to want to scroll all the way to the bottom of that list.

-Here you should start to see some semi-familiar urls if you've followed this guide in the past. You'll be looking for the jpg address that's labelled "Image" (typically the second from the bottom) (says stuff like "static nfl static content public pg-photo 2013 09 08 0ap2000000240900 giants-cowboys-football-barry-church_pg_600")(again, sorry, can't post links yet)

-Right-click on the url of the jpg and select "copy".

-You can now paste the url in the address bar of your browser and delete the "_pg_600" part from the end of the url.

-Hit enter and you now have high-res NFL photos!

Hope this helps some folks!

It works in any browser, you just need to find the link to the photo and remove the "_pg_600" at the end.

In Chrome, right click on the photo and click "Inspect Element." Under Resources, there's a folder under "Frames" with images. Find your image, copy the link and paste it in your browser, then remove the "_pg_600" at the end.

There might be a faster way in Chrome, but that worked for me.

Re: High Res. NFL Photos

It's actually really easy in Chrome.

Find the picture you want, click the thumbnail to make it bigger, click Inspect Element
Spoiler

And then you just make the normal modification to the URL.

The panda bear icon is RollerCoaster Tycoon 3. Before anybody asks.
