Is it safe to say Arizona's defense is legit and knocking on the elite door? To see what they did to Tom today was awesome. Not often you can make one of the GOATs look like that.

Sure helps put the game Russell Wilson had against this defense last week in perspective a bit. I was really impressed with their defense and today's game really reinforced that

That's an incredibly massive, and hopefully purely emotional, reaction.

Dude had hit 38 straight FGs in the 4th quarter, was 4/4 in the game (2 50 yarders) and 6/6 on the season and is the most accurate kicker the Patriots have ever had, statistically.

When you have one of the best kickers in the league and one of the most consistent, you trust him.

What you don't do is a ****ing QB kneel with 40+ seconds left to lose yards and run out the clock. You run the ball, try and gain some yards and pray your RB doesn't pull a Ryan Williams.

Trusting the kicker was not the problem. The horrific play calling leading up to the FG attempt was.

Nice game by the Cardinals. I was worried about their D and they were better than advertised. Also, Belichick was 100% right to be worried about their special teams.

Even worse than losing that game is losing Hernandez for around 6 weeks it looks like. Very tough matchup next Sunday in Baltimore, and I am leaning towards a "L" for that game. But the Patriots have a way of coming out swinging when people leave them for dead (i.e. last year @ NYJ after dropping two straight to PIT & NYG).

Arizona deserved to win yesterday's game.

Like Beantown said, the play calling on that final drive was horrendous.

Arizona did everything they could at the end of the game to give the Pats the win. Be it Stephens Howling taking a knee instead of bringing the kick off out of the end zone, or the Ryan Williams fumble. Take your pick.

Taking a knee and spiking the ball after the 5 yard false start was just dumb.

And I still can't figure out why Julian Edelman is getting more snaps than Wes Welker.

Just leaving this quote here. I called it. Scores don't matter right? XD
