What this guy said.

It's pretty much that old saying "Any Given Sunday" and we've seen it time and again. Even this season we're seeing some of it.

As a fan I'm not overlooking these guys, because they do have guys on defense (Jared Allen for instance) that can make things happen.

Jim Haubaugh, a man who freaks after every penalty, is too cautious to look past a team or talk them likely. The team thinks the same way.

Honestly think Alex gonna throw it alittle more today than normal

Do you see Adrian Peterson and Percy Harvin being effective this week against this vaunted defensive unit?

Not particularly for Peterson. My guess is that the Niners stack up the line and force Ponder to try and beat them in the mid-long range passing game.

Harvin could break a couple nice gains because the Vikings always try to get the ball in his hands using motion and screens.

Yeah, I have a gut feeling that Minnesota won't be able to do much at all in this game. I do not trust Christian Ponder.

This is also the same defense from last year which didn't allow a 100 yard rusher or a rushing TD by a RB until the last game of the year
