Weeden has looked inconsistent but that's what you get with a rookie QB. Some of the throws/reads he has made has been AWFUL while some of the other things he's done has looked pretty good.

The Bills offense hasn't looked as explosive since Spiller left the game though some of it surely has to do with the Cleveland D-Line getting some pressure and the tipped/blocked passes.

Oh and wow did the last 3 minutes feel like a lifetime! Hopefully the 2nd half won't be anything like those last 3 minutes.

Weeden stares down his receivers worse than Charlie Frye.

I definitely agree with you in this remarks, it's like a guy only throwing to the guy with the red arrows in madden.

True but if we play like this all year we'll be in a good position to snag the top QB in next years draft.

With a new owner I don't think Weeden has much of a leash, he needs to make some big strides or else I think he'll be starting just to keep the seat warm for our next QB.

It's not like he's looking like a bust though. Honestly, considering our WR corpse and play calling i'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. Kind of ironic since i was ready to throw him under the bus in week 1 lol.

Agreed I'm just thinking with a new owner if he really wants to put his stamp on a franchise what better way than bringing in a new regime and taking Matt Barkley or whoever turns out to be the best QB of this draft with the top pick.

That's a lot sexier for marketing than Weeden the geriatric rookie QB.

It'll definitely be based off how Weeds looks the rest of the way, if he stops locking onto guys and starts making some plays he's definitely safe, if he looks iffy I think due to his age hes far from safe.

Well, Massaquoi, Little and Gordon do look a little dead out there sometimes, but...
