For me it's more of how the Chargers have been playing. I've watched the last three games and I'm pretty confident we should get our first win here. There's something about the way Rivers throws the ball, he's lost velocity and his accuracy isn't there either. The whole debacle with Matthews and Battle benefits us as well. As far as Meachem goes they have absolutely no chemistry together and Rivers under throws Meachem almost every time he's looked for him this season leading to in-completions.

I'm probably in the minority, but I want the record to stay unbroken. I want the Saints 0-5 so they need to re-evaluate their offensive game plan. How the hell do you pass for 72.73% through 4 games?

Especially when your defense is HORRIBLE and is in dire need of long time consuming drives.

They're passing more than any other team in the league, and have the 28th lowest time of possession.

How do you keep putting these losses on the defense when your offense is doing nothing to even attempt to keep them off the field?

That being said it'll end up like every other Saints game this season. A shootout. Rivers wont be able to keep up, unless they manage the clock and limit the amount of time the offense is on the field.

Saints 35-28

Cause when they try to run they can't do anything as of late, The Saints also have a history of being meh in the running game against 3-4 teams and the 3 bad rushing games they have had are against 3-4 teams

Fully expecting a classic Chargers letdown game here.

Re: SNF: San Diego Chargers (3-1) @ New Orleans Saints (0-4)

This is exactly the type of game the Chargers will/can lose.
If the Saints had won last week against Green Bay I would feel a lot better about this game.

But alas, of course the Chargers have to face the one team that has 0 wins but has a lot to prove, coaches in attendance, having ANOTHER record broken against them (Peyton Manning broke the most Passing TDs broken in a season against the Chargers) and for some reason people thinking the Chargers can win.

Sunday night football, please be kind.

I have no confidence in the Chargers ability to win this type of game.
