Just saw a highlight of Asomugha getting beat deep by Julio Jones... there's no defending him.

EDIT: Meaning there's no defending Asomugha and his sorry *** play.

It's just not working in Philly. I wanna see him on a different team an see if its him just losing it or if he just needs a change of scenery

Hes not as good as we thought. I knew the moment he was signed that guys would learn not to fear him like he apparently was in Oakland.

He was feared in Oakland for a reason tho. QBs aren't going to just shy away from you every season for no reason. He was that good, he had elite years. He just fell off the map or maybe it's a confidence thing.

Watching him on first take I doubt it be a confidence thing. He just looks slow an weak. He was great at jamming Wr an ran step for step with them. Now he doesn't do any of it. He's not a scrub now, just nowhere to what he should have been.

He did well on Calvin Johnson, but he did get beat today a few times, obviously on that Jones long TD.

Well, Falcons dominated the Eagles today. I find it hilarious the offense cleans up the turnovers and the special teams was good enough, but the defense continuously got shredded. Serves them right for canning Castillo. I don't care about a couple comebacks, that D was gelling finally and they completely ****ed it up by getting rid of Castillo. I think the comebacks were overstated anyway; that's what happens in the modern NFL. A team that holds leads consistently is the exception to the rule.

Hell, if the Eagles offense had any type of rhythm, they would've threatened the Falcons 20 point 4th quarter lead today. As it was, you wouldn't have known the Eagles had the ball at the 50 with 6 minutes and down 13. They score a TD, it's a 6 point games. But the Eagles bumbled their way to a couple incompletions and the commentators had finalized the game before they even ran the 4th down play. It was amazing how unimportant they made that down sound.

They can ball with the best, but I don't trust them to put it together consistently.

I still think they'll stumble their way into the playoffs
Or they lose and everyone(including the Media)will say "Reid should've fired himself and kept Castillo".
