Matt Barkley is a slightly better Mark Sanchez IMO

Decision making is meh. Arm strength when pressured is not every good, and accuracy is erratic at times.

Would much rather take a flyer on a dual threat guy like Geno Smith who is much smarter and more accurate with the football.

Geno Smith isn't really a dual-threat, he averages 113 rushing yards a season.

But yes, he's more careful with the ball than Barkley.

So regarding running up the score: is it really considered such when the starters get pulled 5 minutes into the third quarter? I'm seeing some people that seem to think that's what the Seahawks did. Russell Wilson attempted 13 passes. Marshawn Lynch only had 11 carries. All backups the rest of the way.

To me, if you're bad enough to where the backups keep scoring, then you deserve to get the score run up.

In comparison to Barkley is what I was referring to. Not as a whole.

Yes, I know he doesn't have the big running numbers, but he does have the ability to run. He's very comfortable and composed in the pocket and has a lot better footwork inside of it than Barkley, so he doesn't really rely on it or make most of his plays that way.

He's like an Andrew Luck type dual threat, not blazing fast, but sneaky athletic, where if you let him get out of the pocket he can hurt you.

Stop.

That ain't no truth... in fact, the author of that article has trouble facing the real truth himself: we won, there are no asterisks, and no fake fantasy playoff seeding chart will change that...
