As fantastic of a player and representative of that team he's been.. they need to trade him. Give him an opportunity to win and produce like the top 5 WR talent he is.

The kind of package they could get for him would set them up to be a contender in 3-4 years and Larry gets a chance to play for a winner as his career winds down.
