Didn't matter, though.

People will always still remember.

A lot of writers ignored him for the MVP voting.

Great news to the team and team fans, just like it was for Brewers and Brewers fans, but overall, the rep is tainted long term.

Sherm doesn't give two sh*ts about his rep though... If anything all the hate will fuel him to play better, he always plays with a chip on his shoulder so now he'll have something to drive him for the rest of his career lol

I don't think there is any rep in the NFL to taint really. This isn't baseball where we have Congressional hearings and heap shame upon those who are caught.

Awesome news! And Browner will be back for the playoffs as well.

And as far as Sherman's rep goes...no one will remember or care in a few months. PED use in football just doesn't carry the same stigma as in baseball, probably because most people assume it is rampant in the NFL anyway.

Yeah, I agree the Sherman's rep won't be tainted, either. Baseball fans are also a lot closer to the players than football is.

ie Braun in LF.

Heck, Mike Neal just came back from the Packers this season using Adderall and no one will remember that, either, lol.

Yeah agreed with everyone else on the rep thing. Plus if anything, it's now obvious that it was the players/coaches that kept him out of the Pro Bowl, because Sherman was leading Patrick Peterson in fan voting. So possibly another thing to drive Sherman. Dude's just gonna continue to annoy/piss off everyone outside of Seattle lol.

Exactly. For Sherm, it's just more 'tacklin' fuel'. LOL
