Hmm....well more bad news, possibly. I was afraid of this when Clem went down, though the line and Irvin really stepped it up after we lost him:

"Although it won’t get as much attention as the injury suffered by Robert Griffin III, the Seahawks are also concerned on Sunday night about a knee injury suffered by a key player.

Seahawks coach Pete Carroll acknowledged after the game that the team is worried about the injury suffered by defensive end Chris Clemons, who started all 16 games during the regular season and led the team with 11.5 sacks. Carroll said Clemons will have an MRI back in Seattle on Monday.

A league source told PFT’s Darin Gantt that there’s fear Clemons has an ACL injury.

So the Seahawks will have to cross their fingers and await Monday’s MRI results, hoping that their top pass rusher will be available to them as they move forward in the playoffs."

I like RG3 but I just saw this and thought it was mildly amusing:

Now that I've had some time to gather my thoughts:

- I'm still in shock, honestly. I kept thinking to myself this team would be different and could win this road game, but doubt kept creeping into my mind. Then going down 14-0 sure didn't help ease those doubts at all. But the resilience and toughness the entire team showed was so awesome, especially given how young this team is. Just so satisfying.

- So glad to have Russell Wilson at QB. He didn't play all that well, honestly, but the poise and effort he played with was tremendous. Seeing him sprinting downfield and blocking for Marshawn Lynch on two or three different runs was fantastic. Dude just plays his heart out at all times. Rookie QB going on the road in his first playoff game and coming out victorious? So awesome.

- So incredibly bummed out about Clemons. That will have a huge impact on next week's game. Bruce Irvin came through BIG TIME this game though, and he sure is looking like a fantastic first round reach to me. Hope he can step it up as he takes over the leo role against Atlanta.

- Again, man I felt so bad for RGIII the entire game. Had no business being out there. Wish they would've taken him out. I'm a big fan of his and am hoping he comes back healthy.

Great game again Redskins fans. You've got an awesome team, some great young talent, and a bright future for sure.

Oh yes, and regarding Richard Sherman: I love this guy. He gets under EVERYBODY'S skin so easily, and if I wasn't a Seahawk fan I'd probably hate him too. But the best part about him is that he backs up all the trash talking he does by being elite on the field. As long as he continues playing as well as he is, I'm good with him saying whatever the hell he wants to.

I think Cousins will be the next coveted backup.

I know he came in in a rough spot tonight and didn't play well but I like his poise.
