Question is in the title.

As a Bronco fan, I was rooting for Baltimore to make the Super Bowl, but now I hope they lose. Maybe I'm bitter.....

I root for the underdog. My mind may change as the game progresses and a team has fallen behind. Im just rooting for a great game. Which is why this year I dont really have a team Im rooting for off the bat.

I root for neither team, I dont really watch anymore to be honest when my teams arent in it.

I root for the team that beats my team unless it's:

Viqueens
Seahawks
Giants

and now 69ers.

Plus, I've been a Ravens fan early 2000's. So it's all good.

Anyways, to answer the question.

No, I don't root for or against anyone in the Super Bowl just because they beat my team. For this years Super Bowl, I was basing it more on which players I'd like to see win but I'm split down the middle because there's certain players with no rings on both sides that I want to see walk away with them.

I never root for other AFC North teams, so this year I'm rooting for the 49ers.

I don't even look at it like that. I root for the team I like more. If there's a team I hate in the game, I'll root against them.

I usually root for either underdog, or a team that hasn't had much success for the last few years. Unless the underdog is the Bears, Vikings, Lions, or Patriots, I will never root for any of them.
