Per Adam Schefter's Twitter, the Eagles have "re-signed" Michael Vick to a 1-year deal.

I wasn't aware that Vick was a pending free agent? I think the correct term would be "restructure" vs "re-sign". But that's just me pulling teeth; it appears Vick will be back with the Eagles in 2013 with minimal long-term job security.

His new deal could be worth up to $10M plus a signing bonus.

Don't start worrying yet. I don't even think that Vick will get the starting job this season. Chip does not seem sold on Vick's ability to be successful in his system so I look for him to grab another QB, and if worse comes to worse, he will go with Vick.

Said it in another thread. I think that the reason Kelly initially passed on the Eagles was due to the fact they were going to cut ties with Vick. I don't find it surprising at all that Kelly is in Philly and Vick is being given another chance there. I also wouldn't be shocked if Philly took a late round (5th or later) pick on Klein out of Kansas State.
