I don't know anything about these players, but knowing how STARVED the Texans are for a #2 wide receiver, I would not be surprised to see Hopkins utilized enough to be considered.

OROY: Johnathan Franklin, RB, Packers
DROY: Manti Te'o, LB, Chargers

Franklin will need to win the Packers' starting job outright and do enough to keep Eddie Lacy off the field (or conversely, perhaps Lacy's injuries limit his effectiveness his first year). If he can't win enough touches, I'll go with Tavon Austin as my second choice.

Te'o probably is going to get a ton of tackles if he starts in the Chargers' 3-4 front. Between that and the ESPN / Notre Dame hype machine, he'll run away with it easily, even if undeserved, IMO. (for the record, I'm not a fan of Te'o.)

Offense- Deandre Hopkins(WR for Texans) is just going to an almost perfect situation where he would be the number 2 WR opposite one of the best in the league, a good QB, great rushing game and great defense.

Defense-Jarvis Jones (LB for Steelers) because he will be going to a very old defense. This means that his teammates might not have the legs nor stamina to play as much as they could in the past which could open him up to more time on the field along with more tutoring. Also, DROY is usually won by linebackers.
