I have the Boys winning as well, but I wouldn't be surprised if we lost. Seems like Eli always finds a way to pull it out in Dallas. We'll see...

I'm just thrilled to have pro football on my television again!

Doesn't it!? I feel like the last 2 years Dallas should have won both games in Dallas...just some crazy ish happens.

I never put anything past our Cowboys anymore. This team has the talent to go 13-3, but we will somehow end up 8-8 or 7-9.

Re: Week 1 SNF: Giants @ Cowboys

I want to believe that this year's Cowboys team is different. The offensive line, the new defensive front and coaching staff, and safeties are still huge question marks for me holding me back from actually believing this year is different.

I'm not going to make a prediction. I'm rather just going to watch and enjoy.

Our preseason wasn't very encouraging. Red zone woes, injuries, the usual. I'm expecting another roller coaster of a game between these two, with the Giants pulling it out at the end.

Romo has had high-profile failures, and I realize stats aren't the entire story, but a strong case can be made that the perception of Romo as a choke artist is entirely overblown. If it comes down to the Cowboys having a drive to win the game, I like Romo's chances.

...it must be football season, I'm talking up Tony Romo again, surely to look like a fool later. :-)

Romo had been a bright spot for Dallas last season. People just say what they hear but Romo deserves more props than he gets. So many untrue narratives get thrown around in football.

Gotta wait all day for this but Giants & Cowboys are always one of the most pleasurable and maddening games to watch. Never a dull moment in these.

Also, we can't always blame it on Romo, there are 22 guys on the field at all times. Oh geez, it IS football season, I'm already Romo-defending.
