Mike Glennon should probably be starting next week for the Bucs.

Good game Tampa fans. Game could have turn out must differently had your squad not not missed so many opportunities on those 4th down conversions.

Nice team win for New England. Defense played about as well as you can expect in today's NFL. Offense showed signs of improvement. Possibly getting Gronk back next week should help a ton. Still no where near were I'd like them to be. But there's still a long way to go this season.

Tough game next Sunday night in Atlanta. Already dreading that one.

Buccaneers' bye week is week 5, so it would probably happen in week 6 if it does at all.

I'm expecting it to happen at this point. I feel like the wheels are already spinning for it too much, even if Glennon is most likely worse.

Imagine this team, as is, only with a competent quarterback. Pains me to think about it.

Don't ever let anybody downplay the importance of a quality quarterback in this day and age.

Agreed, though the run blocking still leaves a ton to be desired. As does any corner on the team outside of Revis, and any WR or TE on the team not named Vincent Jackson or Mike Williams. As good as Jackson and Williams are, only having two guys on the team that can catch even the simplest of dump-offs would make it hard on any QB to thrive here IMO. But I really want to see us go after Tajh Boyd if we're bad enough to be in a position to draft him, or if we end up winning some games and have a mid-1st round pick, I would like to get Aaron Murray in the 2nd if possible.

Kinda has to happen doesn't it? 2 TDs,3 INTs and 45% can't start right? It can't get too much worse.

The 2nd game, his stats really weren't indicative of his play at all. He actually threw the ball accurately against the Saints. Unfortunately, Jackson and Williams both struggled to catch the ball that day, so instead of completing 65+% of his passes for 200-250 yards, he ended up with like a 40% completion percentage and 150 yards or something like that.

The first game he was very inaccurate though (though he didn't look much worse than Brady did against the Jets either).

I didn't get to watch today, but I assume he looked bad again.

But I think a lot of it is that Schiano and Sullivan seem to be trying to mold him into the player that they want instead of trying to play to his strengths.

And also, Mike Glennon is ****ing terrible. He wasn't good in college, and he looked even worse in the pre-season.
