Other teams seem to draft guys who make an immediate impact from the get go.

Name a Tomlin pick that fits that bill? Something is wrong. Either they can't evaluate talent, can't coach them up, or BOTH. It's frustrating.
Antonio Brown and Pouncey are the only two really. And Vince Williams from this year. And obviously Bell. And Shamarko Thomas.

Actually this past year's draft is looking to be one of the better drafts the Steelers have had recently.
