Still no Harvin this week, according to Carroll. Which I'm ok with. Need to make sure he's absolutely ready before he plays.

At this rate, they might as well wait until after their BYE (week 12) to deploy him.

I would agree. On the one hand, it'd be nice to get him in as soon as possible to give him more time to get up to speed. But then again, rush him back too soon and he could suffer a setback. Might be nice to have him debut right out of the bye on MNF against the Saints.

I think he will be ready and itching to at least get some snaps vs MIN in week 11, just before the BYE, but if they wait til week 13 that's fine with me.

Bonus surprise: when I got off the plane in Seattle, the family I'm staying with (my cousin's husband's family) told me they had another surprise for me. Completely on shock at the amount of hospitality they've already shown, I ask what it is...so I'm not even on the ground 20 minutes, and I'm on my way to CenturyLink for some MLS playoff action.

Flags galore. Holy crap. When you hear commentators say, "The officials are establishing how they're going to call this game early." That's just BS. All officials should call every single game the exact same way.
