Because Pitta slipped and was not pushed. Basically pitta tried pushing off and fell down.

Ah, I actually thought you were talking about the PI on the last long bomb. The one you're talking about should have been holding bc the infraction happened before the ball was released. It looked like the ref was going to let it go until Pitta fell. The end result was about the same, I'd say. He was definitely held before making his break. But either way, just like every other NFL game in history, there are questionable calls/non-calls. This game was not unusually imbalanced imo.
