Probably the right move. They went 8-8 with a mediocre to bad roster. Finishing off Miami today sealed the deal.

That's the Raiders way. Browns are usually a bit more forgiving. I mean, really, Crennel got 4 years? Granted he saved it with a great year 3. This will be the first time in the new era, well any era, that they let a coach go after only one season in the job. Next closest is Bud Carson who was fired 9 games into his 2nd season.
