Right statistically the Eagles are a better run Defense than pass; However with how they are playing to start this game the Saints are much better off trying to pound the run. Light boxes, the DBs are cheating deep. They are daring the Saints to be patient and take chunk yards, and the Saints can't help themselves they just want to continue to push the ball down the field.

Yeah, it bothers me that you can't advance the ball by touching it if you're the punting team, but if you advance too far from touching it (meaning so that it goes into the endzone), then they pretty much penalize you for it.

So far classic Saints road game, sloppy execution and penalties, early turnovers. At least their Defense is carrying them.
