FYI, Drew Brees and the Saints passing attack struggled against the 32nd ranked Eagles pass defense. They are traveling to Seattle to go up against the 1st ranked pass defense in the NFL.

"Numbers don't lie, but they don't tell the whole story". I'd say that famous quote would fit the Saints' performance last night perfectly.

Personally, I take regular season statistics with a grain of salt once the playoffs start, especially since we've seen teams play and below their ranking once they got to January.

Game will be closer/competitive than the Monday Nighter was in the season.

Every time the defense contains Graham, Breesus struggles a bit and tries to force it.

The last game in Seattle was a beatdown, no doubt, BUT it could've easily been a much closer game. All the 50/50 plays went the Seahawks' way and the game got out of hand.

I don't believe Seattle's offense is anything to worry about, but their defense is absolutely amazing.

We'll see what happens, I'm cautiously optimistic but I admit the Hawks are big favorites in this one.

Kind of early but I'll just get my thoughts for this one out anyway.

I see the Seahawks winning by multiple scores, maybe not as bad as the 34-7 meeting from Week 13 but Saints will struggle to pass the ball and the Seahawks Front 7 will stop Ingram/Robinson better than what the Eagles did.. that will lead to Brees forcing the issue and the Seahawks' secondary makes you pay for forcing passes.

Defensively I see Wilson causing match up issues for the Saints Defense as they are thin at OLB and Corner. If Keenan Lewis can't pass the concussion proto-call it will spell trouble for the Saints Defense as their reserve Corners looked awful and needed major Safety help and the still got beat underneath.

If Lewis is out, they don't even have to play the game.

I think with KJ Wright out, Graham has a bigger game. I also get the feeling the Saints will realize they can dink and dunk their way down the field on this defense and utilize Sproles more.

Really hoping Harvin plays. He potentially makes a big impact on how this offense looks.

With the revenge factor and the fact that it's probably not possible for the Saints to play as badly they did last time, I'm expecting a tight game.

Seahawks' game to lose. If they come ready to play they should win without much trouble.

Hawks 27
Saints 17
