Not really sure on this one. Could go either way. My gut says Patriots at home but I'd love to see Andrew Luck win a close game.

Should be a tough game. All playoff games are. Patriots need to win. We must save the country from a possible Andrew Luck vs. Peyton Manning AFC Championship game. Which would be the worst story line leading into that game imaginable. Just the thought makes me want to throw up.

At least it'd be something different from yet another Peyton Manning vs. Tom Brady matchup (though they do result in some damn good games).

Branch signs with Colts.

Not sure how much playing time he sees. Guess he can provide Indianapolis with some insight on the Patriots. Doubt any of that plays a factor in the outcome Saturday night.

Good for him. Hold nothing against him. If the guy wants to play at his age and this is your last chance, why not.

Re: AFC Divisional Round: #4 Indianapolis Colts vs #2 New England Patriots.

I like the Colts (though I'm "not supposed to" because I'm really a Ravens fan/" I truly respect what the Colts have done, rebuilding the team in such a short time. I really like Andrew Luck. After the legendary Wild Card comeback against the Chiefs, it's hard to bet against him. yet that's exactly what I'm doing here. I bet against Brady back in week 6-ish when the Pats were down against the Saints. I said, no way Brady pulls this one off, the Saints will win. I forget how much time Brady had, I think it was around a minute. Yet, with very little talent around him, Brady pulled one heck of a comeback out of his sleeve, throwing a TD pass with few seconds left to win the game. I won't bet against Brady this time, especially when the game's in New England. Both teams are really banged up, but Brady will do what he's done all season, putting the team on his back en route to victory.

I hate the Patriots. I hate the Broncos. But that's my pick for the AFC title game. As for who will win, that one's too close to call for me at the moment.

Re: AFC Divisional Round: #4 Indianapolis Colts vs #2 New England Patriots.

Pretty sure the Colts went in some tough places and won this year. They've got the confidence to go anywhere and win, no matter the score.

I'm not buying the Patrjots marching to Denver or the Super Bowl. Everyone seems so enamored with them, besides the obvious DEN/SEA picks. Maybe that's just within my group of friends... But I'm sick of it!

If someone was gonna go in to NE and win, it's gotta be the Colts.

Close win for Indy.
