You can either a) find an individual who has issued a challenge and accept their challenge or b) you can issue a challenge and wait for someone to accept it.

So there is an NFL with a $25.00 entry. Prizes are $75,000.00 1st place gets $7,500.00,353rd - 648th: $55.00

So I just need to finish in top 648 to at least double my money?

Well I just got $90 added to the $10 I originally put in so I might be willing to splurge a little more . I believe this group is going to $5 now though (correct me if I'm wrong)? You could still do multiple entries if you wanted to.
