Week 2: Atlanta Falcons (1-0) @ Cincinnati Bengals (1-0)

The Bengals didn't lose at home last year. But Burfict, Eifert and Green are injured for the Bengals and none of them might play in this game. I still think Green will likely play, but Burfict and Eifert certainly won't play.

The Falcons are most likely going to start two back-up caliber tackles, Carimi at LT and Homles at RT. Against the Bengals stout front, the Falcons o-line should have a tough time.

Even after watching both teams' week one games, I still haven't decided who I will pick to win this game.

I'm tempted to pick Atlanta +5 1/2 in my office pool....any input?

I forgot to mention -- Geno Atkins and Roddy White are also hurt but will most likely play.

The Bengals have analytic information and overall team talent on their side. But the same argument could have been used in the Saints @ Falcons match-up.

I think the Falcons have pretty good chance at winning the game, but on paper, the Bengals have more top to bottom talent and are playing at home.

Even with back-up Tackles the Falcons O-line held up pretty good in Week 1, and Matt Ryan looked showed good es-capability on the plays he needed to elude pressure.

Bengals are a little more banged up then they would like, I think AJ Green barring a set back will try everything in his power to play. Could be a shoot-out with these teams, I do like the Falcons in this one.

Burfict is active and will be starting. That makes me feel better about today's game. I think this is going to be a high scoring game with the Bengals winning 31-24.

I just don't know about the Failcons. So much talent, so disappointing.

He has a broken foot.

I'm happy with the Bengals so far, but man they can't avoid injuries through 2 games. Burfict left the game early again, and if AJ Green is out for any significant time that's their top 3 targets all out of action.

Gio Bernard is fun as hell to watch though. Guy turns little 3-4 yard gains into 20+ yard gains quite often.
