Exactly. I'm disgusted right now, hate to "Monday Morning QB" so early but I was just wondering the exact same thing. Especially considering the field position and a FG ties the game.

Like Joe Gibbs said, emotionally the wins are ok but the losses just kill you. /vent

Looking at the injury report and its a short week. This loss might actually be two losses. Losing two or three starters on defense could really hurt come Thursday Night.

See what Cousins can do here.
It's amazing how open that same pass play was all day.

When I saw that Jackson scored (and a long TD at that), my stomach turned. I wasn't able to watch the game but I can imagine the scene.

Glad that the Eagles got the last laugh. I didn't really have a problem with Jackson when he was with Philly, but now that he's off the team, I'm recognizing him as the smug jackass he is. Eagles have not missed him one bit. Matthews seemed to fill in damn well. He's been getting a few looks a game, and it looks like his role is increasing in the offense. Seems like the Eagles got great value with their 2nd round pick.

DJAX is a great weapon but a total headache. I'm not a fan of his now that he's no longer an Eagle. Jeremy Maclin was a guy I always regarded as a better wide out because he can do more than burn the outside or run an inside seam.

Maclin was also a HUGE factor in the win and did more as a receiver and would've had 2 TDs had it not been for Kelce.

Watching Jordan Matthews feast on the 'skins D made me miss Djax less and less.

Yep, Kelly did a really good job putting Matthews in the slot when they ran their 4 verts. Him against a dropping LB is a clear miss match. I would've loved for Washington to have had Duke Ihenacho playing in place of Robinson there (even though he is a weak in coverage) because he is still physical enough to play in run support, but he broke his heel early in the game.

I love some of the stuff that Kelly schemes up in the offense. Even though he would've been booted from many madden leagues for abusing 4 verts...lol.
