Week 6: Baltimore Ravens (3-2) at Tampa Bay Buccaneers (1-4)

Baltimore heads down to Tampa to face a Buccaneers team that I believe is better than their record indicates. Trap game alert.

Tampa Bay got demolished on national television against Atlanta on a Thursday night, but you might as well dismiss that game. With Glennon starting, they mounted a comeback win over the Steelers two weeks ago, and gave the Saints a huge scare last week. The Bucs have some weapons for Glennon to throw to, though they're pretty banged up.

On the flip side, Baltimore is coming off of a disappointing road loss to the Colts that they had every chance to win. The left side of the line is hurting with Eugene Monro out at LT, and in his place a rookie UDFA who got exposed against Indianapolis. LG Kelechie Osemele hasn't practiced all week, and is questionable to play. Thankfully Jeremy Zuttah will suit up at center.

The line, which was once a strength, now legitimately frightens me. Meanwhile, the safeties, and really the secondary in general, have been atrocious. We're starting to see rookie 3rd round pick Terrence Brooks get snaps playing back as the speedy cover guy, and hopefully he'll grow into a dependable playmaker, because we need it.

I'm still going with Baltimore, but there's potential for some real disappointment here.

Baltimore - 27
Tampa Bay - 23

It sounds like Jackson and Evans will both play.

Osemele looks likely to be out, which means Gradkowski would play at LG. With a rookie UDFA at LT.

****.

On the bright side, outside of McCoy, we are absolutely abysmal at getting to the QB.

Well comcast has yet another service outage in my area so I cannot watch the game. Seriously considering switching to Verizon Fios.

Trying to watch the game via a malware infected stream. This sucks lol

I really like Fios.

Off to a great start though, in all phases.

Torrey Smith having his breakout game. And what a game it is. This is beautiful.

And to think I picked the Bucs in this one. Yikes.

Same ol' Lovie Smith.
