Yup. Next 6 (including Chicago because unlike the local talking heads in NE I do not believe they are a sure thing.) are brutal. Tread water and come out ahead of Miami and Buffalo after this stretch is all I ask. Then handle business against them to secure a playoff home game.

Of course that involves a lot of wishful thinking. Could easily find ourselves looking up at either one of them by then.

Having said that. Pats will win this, score doesn't even matter. We'll lose Sunday, go into the bye, then lose to the Pack. We'll look like **** for the majority of the last of the season but manage to pull out a 9-7 record so they can give their usual spiel about heading into the offseason with something to build on.
Correct on all counts. Overblown media reaction, Pats win, and generic, feel-good, end of season moral victory.

Patriots defense getting away with a ton of contact down field. Just sayin'.

Way better start than I could ever had asked for. Pretty funny hearing the guy calling the game for Fox saying Brady has too many offensive weapons, lol.

The Brady to LaFell connection seems to be picking up steam though.
