Who exactly do they replace him with, though? They aren't even in a minor cap predicament ($26mil+ in cap space. with about a million in dead money), and can retain both Thomas' players, while keeping Manning and bringing in some depth.

Injuries and uncertainty aside, cutting Manning is asinine. Unless they are planning to move up in the draft, or make a major trade, he stays in Denver.
