R.I.P Frank Gifford

The football world has lost and icon and as a die hard Giants fan, we lost a member of the family. He was just a class act and great football player and man.

Re: R.I.P Frank Gifford

R.I.P. The original MNF crew (and I mean everyone from Roone Arledge on down to the director Chet Forte) are now gone. Giff may not have been the greatest announcer around but he was always a class act and a gentleman from what i've seen during games and in interviews.

The Giants have lost one of their icons and one of the great voices of the NFL has been silenced forevermore

Re: R.I.P Frank Gifford

RIP Frank. As a young Baltimore Colt fan I appreciated the historic 1958 Championship game (Greatest Game Ever Played) between Frank's Giants and the Colts. That game had a slew of Hall Of Famers, including Mr. Gifford.

Wow to really think of all of the times I listened to him broadcast. Truly one the greats has left us. RIP Thoughts and Prayers to the family.
