Week 4: Green Bay Packers (3-0) at San Francisco 49ers (1-2)

This one could be interesting. Short week for the Pack, who have to travel. Kap always seems to play his best against GB ...

... who am I kidding. If Ben and Palmer ate us alive, Rodgers is going to absolutely destroy us. This one is going to get ugly quick (again).

No game is ever a 'gimme' but if both teams continue their trend, we could win with Rodgers sitting and Hundley getting the start. That's how bad SF has looked.

Naturally we'll lose by a stupid Trashcan running touchdown when we let them hang around a game they have no business being in. I think I saw the line with GB as 9.5 point favorites. I won't do score for this one... Just GB by less than they should win by.

Hopefully we continue our trend of shutting good RBs down and give up a few less big plays.

Since it's a look back at the Smith-Rodgers debate, it's sort of on topic:

Pretty funny to read some of those scouts takes now.

Amazing what coaching can do for a young player, innit?

Not that everyone can be coached into Aaron Rodgers, but there's not enough patience in the league to develop QBs in particular.

Andrew Brant said Rodgers was one of three players the Packers considered to be with a first round pick. Alex Smith was not one of the other two.

They liked his arm strength and demeanor before the draft.

Afterwards, it was clear he had the right personality for it.

Difference in arm talent alone should have made the choice obvious. And now, Rodgers tries and makes throws that no other QB has the audacity to consider, yet has the best TD to int ratio.

****ing Mike Nolan should never get near a draft room again.

I just pray that Kaepernick doesn't throw 2 pick sixes again and that the 49ers O-line keeps Kap from getting killed by Clay Matthews.

My prediction : 49ers 28
Packers 21

I hate Kaepernick. I know this is going to be a tough game.
