Would think doing that today means an expedited appeal process. Probably don't need him against the Chiefs or Bears, but would be a bummer for the Broncos if it was drug out a couple weeks and upheld, missing the game vs the Patriots.

Talib is appealing the suspension. He will have expedited appeal rights to an arbitrator jointly hired by NFL and NFLPA, and a decision likely will come by Wednesday.
