Former Tampa teammate Derrick Brooks will hear the appeal tomorrow.

Not sure how it stands up based on prior precedent/examples. If he has no other incidents in the last 24 months he's a first offender again. Only thing that makes this technically worse than Suh stepping on Rodgers is this has no plausible accidental cause, 100% of this was illegal, eye poke or not.
