Broke a tie with the Los Angeles Rams from 73-79 for most all-time.

Phew. Survived back to back weeks with 2 of the 4 reoccuring nightmares I have as a Pats fan: Ravens, Mile High, 86 Bears and Giants in the SB.

The last time the Pats didn't win the division was in 2008 with Matt Cassell....and they only lost the division that year on a Tie Breaker (Both NE and Miami were 11-5). We have to go back to 2000 to find a year when an AFC East rival had more wins than NE.

And I don't see it changing no time soon either.

Go Chargers!

Good game, looks like we won't get to have a playoff avatar bet this year.

Oh well, maybe next year.

I think that was the last time we also missed the playoffs.

Yep, lost the division tie breaker to the 11-5 Dolphins, and also lost the tie breaker for the last wild card to the 11-5 Ravens. D'oh.
