Field position is helping to mask the Texans ****tiness today. I so wish field position was actually treated with the importance it deserves. It's one of if not the most important keys to success for a football team.

Unfortunately, now we see way less impact with field position due to the dumb kickoff rules that severely limit game variance and make every football game feel even more similar.

Just about everything that could go wrong for Carolina did in the 1st half, and they're only down 11. Washington starts with the ball in the 2nd half.. if they can get a stop and a score, this will look like a much more feasible comeback.
