When do picks lock in again? I'm not picking the Thursday game but I just wanted to make sure that I don't need to do my Sunday pick by then.

I’m in 2 different groups. I want to choose a different team in each group but it changes to the same pick in both groups. Is there something I’m missing?

Here are the "official rules"

Making a selection before the first game of a given week increases the number of teams available for selection. Entry selections will lock at the scheduled kick-off of each regularly scheduled U.S. professional football game. Selections submitted after the deadline are considered invalid, and will not be counted as Winning Picks. It seems a bit overdone to me but I read that to be the same as it's been in the past which means you can wait until before that game kicks off to make your pick for the week.

So if something unexpected comes up on Sunday and you forget to make a pick all day, you can still pick one of the four teams in the Sunday Night/Monday Night game (granted you haven't used them already).

I'm in the same boat, looks like we have to go with the same pick for both I don't see anyway to change one and not the other.

After looking it over, it looks like ESPN has a grand prize that anyone who plays is eligible for.

I don't ever remember that being a thing in the past but I can't find a way to make us not eligible for the prize.

My guess is they make you select the same team so that you aren't multiplying your chances to win the prize when in multiple leagues.

Yep you have to create multiple accounts if you want different picks. I like it better that way, but I'm sure some people don't.
