Block a punt... Catch a pass for a TD... Hill versatility is awesome.

Re: Week 13 Discussion Thread

Garrett does not seem like a steady, rational hand at this point.

Re: Week 13 Discussion Thread

Josh Allen had a ball game. Get ‘em to the line, call out the protection or audible. He was absolutely in command on offense. Defense was spectacular even with some ticky tacky calls from the refs. Perfect game from the Bills. Statement on national TV. Either the Bills are good or the Cowboys are bad/average, maybe both.

Brutal stretch of BAL, NE, PIT, NYJ to end the season. 9-3 though, ****ing awesome. Allen has really come in to his own over the last few weeks (even after a decent start to his second year too)... he really seems to have focused on and cleaned up and improved his weaknesses. We snagged him based on his raw ability and his head for the game, and he’s really coming in to form. I really liked the game Daboll called, but when the QB and offense is hitting everything it can make anyone look good.

Let’s handle the Jets and take one of these from the other 3, and go make some noise in the playoffs. Could see us taking the 4th seed (AFC South winner?) and then hitting Foxborough to give them a game... but let’s get to the dance first.

I was thinking blitz strong side or wide side of the field. The biggest thing is if they hand it off a few times on those belly or Wham sets. Your end crashes after a while or he becomes hesitant. Lamar Jackson is so fast, one false move and none of your ends can contain him on the outside. It happen to Collin (from the Pats) bunch of times. Where he actually stayed home. But in between him making a decision... Lamar already had a angle on him.

One thing I think could... I mean one that could slow them down. I haven't seen any teams (only a few) try to confuse Lamar by dropping into zone coverages on running down (but it has to be heavy disguised). Chargers run a nice scheme in the playoffs with a lot of safeties on the field. It worked. But I don't think it will work this time around.

Baltimore seems to have found a deadly combo with the running game, 3 TEs, and Hollywood running deep.

Normally when you think run heavy teams going to the pass you think WR on the sides. Baltimore attacks over the middle; either a TE short/intermediate or Hollywood deep.

Commit to stopping the inside dive, Lamar is bouncing outside.

Try to take that away also and Lamar is hitting a TE in the vacant spot you created by scraping or whatever to stop the run.

Have a safety come up to help with the TE they're going over the top to Hollywood.

Its been the best playcalling I ever remember coupled with great decision making by Lamar.

I love seeing guys like Josh Allen and Lamar Jackson succeed.

I hate when people talk **** about draft picks as if they know anything from the jump. Sports fans are losers.
