The only thing I can think of is it's to mess with the Falcons gameplan a bit. But yea it made me raise an eyebrow lol.

Payton has seemingly been obsessed with Hill so doesn't completely surprise me but at the same time why sign Winston if you give him one half burning clock and then apparently bench him the following week.
